Toy Unity Expo — VENDOR WAIVERS, TERMS & RESTRICTIONS
WAIVER & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By applying to exhibit at Toy Unity Expo, the exhibitor agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Toy Unity Expo, Parsippany Hilton, and any of their agents from any damages, loss, theft, liability, cost, act of God, terrorism, or expenses arising from participation in the event. This agreement applies to all phases of the show including setup, event hours, teardown, and exit.
By submitting the vendor application, the exhibitor confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
MORAL & CONDUCT CLAUSE
Exhibitors agree to:

Not tear down their booth before the official end of the event.

Not sell or distribute copyrighted or unauthorized materials.
Toy Unity Expo reserves the right to reject any application, or remove any vendor from the event at any time, for any reason, without refund.
PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY
Once an application is received, it will be reviewed and followed by payment instructions.

A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours to secure your spot.

Tables are NOT reserved until full payment is received.
VENDOR RESTRICTIONS & GUIDELINES
Booth & Display Requirements

All signage, displays, fixtures, merchandise, and materials must remain fully contained within your assigned booth space at all times.
Prohibited Items & Activities
The following are NOT permitted without explicit written approval from Toy Unity Expo management:

Sale or distribution of food or beverages.

Non-service animals.
-
Alcohol or illegal drugs.
-
Games of chance (including dice games, grab bags, blind pulls, raffles, vending machines, etc.).
Weaponry Sales
If selling weaponry:

Items must be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Items may not be accessible to the public.
-
All sold items must be sealed and not opened inside the event space.

Customers may return to the event after placing purchased items in their vehicle.
Merchandise Approval & Appropriateness
Toy Unity Expo reserves the right to disallow any merchandise deemed offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
All exhibitors must follow all current health and safety guidelines as issued by show management or venue authorities.
PROHIBITION OF BOOTLEGS & UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE
Toy Unity Expo does not permit or condone the sale or display of bootleg, unlicensed, or unauthorized merchandise. All products—whether physical or digital—must be properly licensed by the rights holder of the property depicted.
This includes, but is not limited to:

DVDs, CDs, digital media
-
Video content
-
Prints, artwork, illustrations
-
Any artist renderings that infringe copyright/trademark protections
Exhibitors agree that:

Any violation may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Law enforcement, license holders, and rights holders may be notified.

Violators may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
Bootlegging is defined as using established published artwork or digital media to reproduce products for sale without ownership or authorization.
AI-Generated Artwork Policy
Toy Unity Expo does not allow the sale or display of AI-generated art that uses software trained on other artists’ work without their consent or compensation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By applying, the exhibitor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in Toy Unity Expo. The exhibitor waives any claim for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the event against Toy Unity Expo or its partners.
The exhibitor agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including tax, sales, and licensing regulations.
The exhibitor grants Toy Unity Expo permission to use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all waivers, terms, conditions, and restrictions listed above.
